All tapestries are made to order, with special attention and care given to each piece. For this reason, returns are not accepted once production has begun, except in specific circumstances.

The only exception applies if there is a delay of more than 60 calendar days from the estimated shipping date provided at the time of purchase. In such cases, the customer may request a full cancellation and refund.

Before production starts, it is possible to request changes or cancel the order, as long as the request is made within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
